A self-hosted, dockerized AI layer that replaces Zendesk's paid AI add-ons — a chatbot inside Zendesk Messaging, an engine that drafts or answers email tickets with triage, and an admin dashboard for knowledge, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review. RAG over pgvector, learns from reviewer corrections. Built solo, end to end.
