A multi-tenant SaaS AI agent that genuinely speaks Armenian — RAG over each business's own website, tool calling for live order and booking lookups, customer-connected MCP servers, and a 48-scenario evaluation harness. Live on web, Telegram, and WhatsApp in Armenian, Russian, and English. Designed, built, and shipped to production solo.
